UK Orders


Unless otherwise requested, all packages with UK destinations will be shipped without tracking via Royal Mail 1st Class from London, United Kingdom.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless they have been shipped via a tracked service (which costs extra).

If you’d like your item(s) to be shipped with tracking for an additional charge, please send us an email through the Bandcamp contact form and we will make the necessary arrangements.

International Orders

International orders to Europe and North America are shipped using Royal Mail's international Standard service (untracked), with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

Return Policy
Returns Policy

Items may be returned in as-new condition within 14 days of purchase, at your own expense.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used or soiled or otherwise damaged after purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own discretion, either replace or issue a refund for the damaged or defective product(s) including the postage and packing costs you were charged.

You must notify us of the problem via email /through the contact form and, after our reply, return the products in the same condition that you received them (and in the same type of packing).

We will send you the replacement product(s) according to the availability of our warehouse and only after receiving the returned items.

If items are not delivered owing to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the item(s) again without extra charge, whichever you prefer.

If you have given us the wrong address when placing your order and have not notified us of the correct address before the order is sent, we cannot issue a refund.

If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you have sent them back to us (and we have received them).
